Shipping Policy

Free Shipping is available on all order over one hundred dollars ($100). For this promotion, standard USPS shipping will be used for processing your order. 

All orders placed by 12:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within one (1) business day. Any orders placed after 12:00 p.m. and/or on Saturday(s) and Sunday(s) will be processed and shipped within two (2) business days.

Please allow an additional two (2) business days during a promotional sale and/or Holiday due to high volume sales.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information with each order placed. We ship orders to the addressed provided and are not responsible to any package(s) delivered to an incorrect address. If a packages is returned to Britches & Bows by carrier company due to address error, customer will be contacted for instructions to proceed. Customer(s) will be responsible for any reship fee(s).  

An order cannot be canceled once it has be placed. Therefore, we encourage you to review the order prior to placing it. However, if you find an error has accord we recommend you contact us immediately.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event you chose to exchange item(s) from your order.

Customers are responsible for tracking their own package(s). You will need to contact your local post office if you have not received your package but the status update states it has been delivered. Britches & Bows is unable to track down any packages and we encourage each customer to contact your USPS to imitate the process of an investigate to retrieve your package(s).

In the event that USPS has lost your package(s) a store credit will be provided minus shipping cost following 20 business days of non-movement for domestic packages. We are not at fault for lost packages and will not provide a refund.
